Who am I? Well I am a teacher, a researcher, a mom, a learner, a community member, a non-native speaker of English, a resident alien, a German, an only child, a wife, a dog lover, a yogini, and many more things.
I was born and raised in
Freiburg, Germany. Now I work as an Assistant Professor of
Second Language Studies and
German at
Michigan State University. When I am not at work, I love to ride my bike and hang out with my wonderful husband, amazing child, and our two hyper dogs.
